Thank you for choosing Sister's Pie Malaysia! We’re excited to deliver fresh, delicious treats right to your doorstep. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, packaging, and delivery.

Order Processing Time

All orders are baked fresh and made to order.
Orders are shipped the following Friday after being placed.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Days

To ensure the freshness and quality of our desserts:

We ship on Friday only.
Orders placed after Thursday will be shipped the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Orders are shipped the following Friday after being placed.
Deliveries are handled by third-party platforms such as GoGet, Lalamove, or Grab.
Please note: Delivery fees are not included in your order total. Kindly pay the rider directly upon delivery.

Packaging for Freshness

All baked goods are carefully packed with insulated materials and cooling packs (as needed).
Some items may require refrigeration upon arrival—check the label for storage instructions.
We are not responsible for melted or damaged items due to delays or incorrect handling after delivery.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Klang Valley and Selangor only.
If you're outside our delivery area, feel free to contact us for special requests—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
